If you are bringing your own modem, we won’t be able to troubleshoot Wi-Fi on your device.

If you're unsure about the modem requirements or if your modem is fibre capable, we recommend ordering a Flip modem which our Auckland-based call centre can help support.

Modem requirements:

If you are transferring from another provider your modem needs to be fibre capable and should connect with us automatically. There may be some exceptions where manual set up is required.

If you are purchasing a modem you will need to ensure it supports DHCP authentication and VLAN tagging. Manual set up may also be required.
